JIU-JITSU · GRAPPLING · WRESTLING

Learning carries on.
Even when places change.

A new school or a new country brings plenty of change. The mat can offer something familiar: a place to move, make friends and keep learning.

That is why our approach brings Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu together with foundations of grappling and wrestling. Stance, balance, movement and body control connect these practices. Learning these foundations with care can help students recognise familiar movements and adapt to different ways of training.

Jiu-Jitsu

Our foundation: learning about position, working through challenges and practising with a partner at a pace suited to the student.

Grappling

An introduction to grappling practice, including no-gi experiences, with attention to control, transitions and a partner’s boundaries.

Wrestling

Foundations of stance, movement, balance and takedowns, introduced progressively and adapted to the group’s age and experience.

Each discipline has its own rules and goals. The school programme focuses on foundations appropriate to the group; content and format are agreed with each school.

FOR STUDENTS MOVING ON

Take your training
with you.

Children and teenagers who train with us can look for opportunities to continue Jiu-Jitsu, grappling or wrestling at schools and clubs abroad. Familiarity with movement, contact and partner practice can make that new beginning feel more approachable.

The receiving coach guides that transition according to the new group’s rules, age range and level.

FOR STUDENTS JOINING US

Your experience
belongs here.

If a student has already practised wrestling, grappling or Jiu-Jitsu in another country, that experience matters from the first session. We want to hear what they know, how they used to train and what they hope to find here.

From there, the coach introduces the group’s expectations and adjusts the challenges. Experienced students find a way to build on what they know; beginners receive a gradual introduction.

A CONNECTION ROOTED IN OUR HISTORY

Crézio de Souza

The connection between disciplines is part of Crézio de Souza’s own journey. Alongside his Jiu-Jitsu career, Crézio became a Brazilian wrestling champion, joined Brazil’s national team and represented the country at the 1991 Pan American Games in Havana.

That experience across different mats informs our belief in a broad foundation. In a school setting, it takes an age-appropriate form: time to learn, carefully paced practice and respect for every child.
